We made it !!!

We Made it! 5 exhausting days in Disneyland...some rain and some sun...we survived. Here are some highlights from this most exciting adventure.....I'm seriously ready for a vacation now.

My three little mermaids....they didn't care if it was raining or sunny they were in the pool...crazy kids!

Lovin Ember's face expression:)

If only it was as warm as it looks...don't let it fool you:)

You know that yummy store by Winnie the Pooh ride? Well, we let the kids pick out whatever treat they wanted and here are the results......
Kassidy picked a brownie that cost $3.00 and was totally stale. Malia picked a cupcake that cost $4.50 and she only ate half of it plus it left her tongue and lips all stained with red....
(see the picture), Summer chose a $4.00 carmel apple which she and her sisters took maybe three bites of and that was that, and Ember chose a $3.00 cupcake that she did not eat at all.
You do the math.....$15.00 bucks on junk food!!! EW!!! Good thing we dont do that everyday!

The new Toy Story Ride was so much fun we couldn't get enough. Probably the longest line we stood in the whole time which was about thirty minutes!!! Woo Hoo! Not sad about that!

Malia drinking Goofy water.........................

Pretty sure that water has something in it because she is a Goofy girl!

Cute Six year old....almost seven!

We were at the beach on Valentines day...we looked up and saw an airplane writing a love message to someone.....of course I had my camera with me because when do I not have my camera......and this was what it said.................

just in case you are wondering MIO means mine in spanish.....

Cute! I heart this idea.....
wonder how much some guy paid to have it done????

Malia's never ending desire to collect every possible broken shell on the beach and put in in my car...where are those shells now??? hmmmm.....its anyone's guess but most likely under the car seat...haha!

Jason playing in the pool with the kids...thats Malia flying through the air.

Kassidy......by the pool wishing it was at least 70 degrees outside!!

Ember Sky

Malia

Summer and her goggles...those things never leave her face!

Thats about how much of it she ate........

And the cupcake she never even touched:)It was just so cute on the shelf ya know?

There it is.......the red frosting cupcake she HAD to have!

This is about how Jason and I felt at the end of the 6 day adventure to Cali.....ha ha
if you have been there you know what I mean:)

Just in case you haven't had enough of our exciting adventure..here are a few more snap shots!!!

Yep...he's 32

Yesterday was Jason's Birthday. He really didn't want to make a big deal out of it. We went to Chili's for dinner and then came back to the house so the kids could blow out candles with him:) We went to Macey's to pick out a cake and of course he picked an adorable Mickey and Minnie one because he knew the kids would love it. That's just the kind of daddy he is! We love him! Happy Birthday Jason ( and daddy) you are so young and cute:) Love ya tons!

Jason and his cute smile...he was so proud of his cake:)

The girls got a kick out of it too....they thought it was too cool!

And they all helped blow out the candles!

$10.00 Fabric!

I was so excited because I came home with this cute $10.00 fabric off the remnant table....anyway I was going to use it for some indoor pics as a background but then, my husband was like lets recover those ugly black bar stools with it! I was like....you are a genius honey! Anyway, the black vinyl was ripping off of the bar stools anyway ( thanks to my kids ) so we recovered them and they look so cute! I don't have a before picture but here's the after pic....not bad I guess we can use them a little longer!!!

Any Advice???

Okay so I think I need to vent.....all you moms and women and people who understand.........if I could just get over this nausea then maybe I could function right? I feel like I am so behind on housework I will never catch up. The laundry is stacked to the ceiling. The clean pile and the dirty pile. Before i ever get a chance to put the clean stuff away the dirty will be piled even higher. There's bathrooms to clean and kitchen floors to mop. Always dishes to do (that's never ending), there's vacuuming, dusting, blinds with an inch of dust on them, there's the garage....we wont even go there, toys to be put away, closets that need organizing, D.I. piles that desperately need to be made, then there's always bills to pay, taxes that need to get done, work for my business, pictures that need editing, paperwork for Jason's business, primary callings.....oooh I'm behind there the secretary seems to get slammed this time of year, reading with my kids, homework with my kids, driving and taxing the kids all over...which reminds I really need to clean my car out it looks like we live in it. And then trying to find time for the things I really want to do like blog, digital scrapbook, visit with a friend, you know all the things that really matter? Anyway I am going to stop complaining now but if anyone has any tips on how they balance all this madness???? HA HA Bring it on! Oh and it's time to make last years blog in to a book right? www.theblurb.com not to mention the New Years resolution to do all those other things.....ha ha ....anyway I'm slightly stressed lately. OK I'm done complaining and venting. Now moving on.....gotta get kids ready for school. For some weird reason I feel a little better now. HA HA!

Summer's Turn to Shine

Summer is so excited that it's her turn to be posted on the family blog. She had the cutest preschool program this month....we rushed to get there through the blizzard of snow sliding all over the place, then the second it was over we rushed over to Center Stage for her dance recital!
( Which was performed in front of Santa Clause does it get any cooler?) Her teacher Miss Kim makes everything so magical and fun for them at a young age....here are some of my favorite pictures from h er busy four year old life:)

Little Dancers

So Malia had a Christmas dance recital for her Jazz class....I had to blog about it cause they did so amazing! Their teacher is amazing and I could not believe how far she has taken them with technique this year! It blew us all away...Ill get a video of it on here soon:) They looked incredible its been fun to watch her actually start dancing this year! Next to her is Isabel and Brooklyn.
