Yep...he's 32

Yesterday was Jason's Birthday. He really didn't want to make a big deal out of it. We went to Chili's for dinner and then came back to the house so the kids could blow out candles with him:) We went to Macey's to pick out a cake and of course he picked an adorable Mickey and Minnie one because he knew the kids would love it. That's just the kind of daddy he is! We love him! Happy Birthday Jason ( and daddy) you are so young and cute:) Love ya tons!

Jason and his cute smile...he was so proud of his cake:)

The girls got a kick out of it too....they thought it was too cool!

And they all helped blow out the candles!

$10.00 Fabric!

I was so excited because I came home with this cute $10.00 fabric off the remnant table....anyway I was going to use it for some indoor pics as a background but then, my husband was like lets recover those ugly black bar stools with it! I was like....you are a genius honey! Anyway, the black vinyl was ripping off of the bar stools anyway ( thanks to my kids ) so we recovered them and they look so cute! I don't have a before picture but here's the after pic....not bad I guess we can use them a little longer!!!

Any Advice???

Okay so I think I need to vent.....all you moms and women and people who understand.........if I could just get over this nausea then maybe I could function right? I feel like I am so behind on housework I will never catch up. The laundry is stacked to the ceiling. The clean pile and the dirty pile. Before i ever get a chance to put the clean stuff away the dirty will be piled even higher. There's bathrooms to clean and kitchen floors to mop. Always dishes to do (that's never ending), there's vacuuming, dusting, blinds with an inch of dust on them, there's the garage....we wont even go there, toys to be put away, closets that need organizing, D.I. piles that desperately need to be made, then there's always bills to pay, taxes that need to get done, work for my business, pictures that need editing, paperwork for Jason's business, primary callings.....oooh I'm behind there the secretary seems to get slammed this time of year, reading with my kids, homework with my kids, driving and taxing the kids all over...which reminds I really need to clean my car out it looks like we live in it. And then trying to find time for the things I really want to do like blog, digital scrapbook, visit with a friend, you know all the things that really matter? Anyway I am going to stop complaining now but if anyone has any tips on how they balance all this madness???? HA HA Bring it on! Oh and it's time to make last years blog in to a book right? www.theblurb.com not to mention the New Years resolution to do all those other things.....ha ha ....anyway I'm slightly stressed lately. OK I'm done complaining and venting. Now moving on.....gotta get kids ready for school. For some weird reason I feel a little better now. HA HA!

Summer's Turn to Shine

Summer is so excited that it's her turn to be posted on the family blog. She had the cutest preschool program this month....we rushed to get there through the blizzard of snow sliding all over the place, then the second it was over we rushed over to Center Stage for her dance recital!
( Which was performed in front of Santa Clause does it get any cooler?) Her teacher Miss Kim makes everything so magical and fun for them at a young age....here are some of my favorite pictures from h er busy four year old life:)

I Braved IT

I tried it for the first time in my life......Black Friday Morning...I had gone to bed with no intention of getting up at 5 am to go stand in lines and fight over cheap dvd players, but I woke up out of nowhere at 4:30 and it was as if Target was calling! My husband said what are you doing?? I replied thinking about going shopping.....he then proceeded to tell me I was crazy. I told him he was right and I was going to go back to sleep......30 seconds later I flew out of bed and threw jeans on ...he laughed and said " ha ha I knew you couldn't resist" It was CRAZY! I have never seen anything like that in my life! Hundreds or maybe thousands HA HA of people in a store like a herd of cows......no one could move or do anything. Im the idiot that tried to push a cart through the electronics dept. I figured out quick that you dont bother with the cart at first...you run straight for the $25 dollar DVD player that is a total peice of junk and grab as many as you can because in my house.......we go through DVD players like toilet paper. I managed to spend $500 dollars on a lot of ????? cool stuff???? Needless to say I returned $300 of it the next day........Im famous for buying then returning:) HA HA it was fun though...Ill probably pass next year.......unless I hear Target calling me at 4:30 AM again.
